If you use this broom, it should be
as the first action in your turn, right before you intend to draw
as your second action. Otherwise, your opponent could damage you
by at least 4 points, nullifying the card ordering benefit of this
card. Unfortunately, that strategy of using your last action in
a turn to draw goes against proper gameplay. That is, if you look
at your hand and decide that you only have one useful action to
be taken by playing a card, and that your other action should be
to draw, then you should always draw first, just in case the drawn
card is preferable to play over the one you were planning on casting.
This broom isn't bad, but I can't think of any deck designs that
wouldn't prefer to have one of the other brooms in it instead. If
you don't have one of those other brooms, then it's usually OK to
replace one of your Quidditch lessons with this card.

Cleansweep is an ok broomstick, but
compared to Nimbus or Comet it's brutal. It's power you only get
to use once a game, but it can be useful. Being able to look at
the top 4 cards of your deck and re-arranging them to your choice
is cool, but since you can only do it once when you play it, it's
not that good. Since it's a broomstick, you would also have to discard
any other broom you have in play for this! It costs two Quidditch,
so thats ok, and it provides one, so you can use it, but I would
recommend not.

Let, me see if there is a word for
this card. BORING! Now I realize this will "maybe" help
you get the card you want sooner, but I don't think this is the
card you should be using for doing that. The other brooms are much
stronger with much better effects. Plus, if you had an open slot
or two in your deck, is this really what you would want filling
that whole? I didn't think so.

I'd like to give a great big shout
out to the new president of my fan club, professor snape, thank
you for all the mail you've been sending me, be sure to keep it
coming. That exploding potion sure caused a great deal of laughter
when one of my secretaries opened it, you are a funny one severus.
Alright onto the Cleansweep Seven, which is one of the useless cards
that probably shouldn't have been included in the deck. There is
a reason why it was a free promo card and its because its pretty
useless in my opinion. Yes it provides a lesson and yes you get
to order your top four cards, but most likely your opponent can
easily do four damage, making those cards well pointless. Basically,
if you're going to put a broom in your deck, it's either going to
be the Comet or the Nimbus. I wouldn't ever recommend this card
for any reason at all.

Now if you could use an action to
rearrange the top cards of your deck or if it happened before you
drew your first card (even if it was just the turn after you played
it), the Cleansweep Seven would be great! And if the Nimbus 2000
or the Comet 260 or even Bluebottle were never printed, this card
would be great too! don't get me wrong, i like to shift positions
of the cards on top of my library, however.... when have you ever
played a game where you KNEW your opponent would not do you three
damage to you the very next turn? Overall, this might not be a bad
broom in a Draco Slytherin deck if you are running quidditch and
get the extra action to draw whatever card you put on top. But as
far as usefulness game ways goes, it's a little sketchy.

During deck building, Cleansweep Seven
shouldn't be the broom you choose. Most good Quidditch spells require
4 and more lessons, so the 3 power it makes you attain shoudn't
be very usefull and it's ability is not very usefull since placing
the 4 top cards of your deck in any order will only affect the 2-3
next turns that is only if you are not dealt damage meanwhile. It
is easely relpaced by the Comet that gets you to the first key power
in Quidditch, 4 (Fouled!, Pulling Up), and it's ability remains
during the whole game.
