There have been many preliminary quidditch deck designs that I've worked on
which included this as a candidate card for consideration. However, as the dust
settled, it would inevitably fail to make the final deck listing. If your deck includes
charms cards, Photo Album is strictly better than this in every way. If your deck
doesn't include charms, you're probably better off using Loop the Loops or
Pulling Up to sneak in some damage while you're getting more cards to play. A
strong quidditch deck is all about rapidly applying spell pressure. This just does
not do the job fast enough. It's not a bad card. It's just that there are superior
alternatives available.

This card is kinda cool. It is a watered down version of a Photo Album
with the added benefit that you don’ have to draw until it kills you
but the bad side is that you get the draw at the end of your turn which
means you can’t use the cards until next turn which is not good. But
used in a Quidditch/Charms deck it could over time give you a slight card
advantage. I wouldn’t really recommend playing this card Photo Album
is a much better choice.

I've not really been a fan of the Support Banner, but then I realized that if you use the Support Banner in conjuction with the Quidditch Cup, you might be able to keep your hand refreshed without having to wait to draw cards. Of course you can use a pulling up or a loop the loops, but the Support Banner would be a quarantee draw. So before you could use your next actions, you would have automatically drawn two cards. Of course this would work in a way similiar to Photo Album and you would get that card no matter what you played, but I do feel that if you're playing mostly quidditch along with the Quidditch Cup, this card might warrant some consideration for your deck.

Support Banner is cheaper than Quidditch Cup, but less powerful. Of course
there is no reason you can't play with both especially if you are playing
Draco Malfoy, Slytherin because they are both items. But they both have
somewhat the same effect as they reward you with extra options/actions for
playing Quidditch cards. If you have a fast and furious Quidditch deck that
empties its hand quickly, this may be the option for you. A lot of people
are playing Photo Album nowadays and since Quid Charms is prevalent, they
would choose this over Support Banner. However, think about it this way....
Support Banner lets you choose whether or not to draw and thus if you end
up not wanting to draw in the late game, you won't die. But then it comes
at the end of the turn as opposed to at the beginning so it's a little less powerful.
