It's too bad this card doesn't apply it's damage before creatures deal theirs.
If it did, I'd like it a lot more. I'd also like it more if it damaged all creatures,
not just the ones hurting you with damage. But it doesn't do that either. At
seven lessons to get out, by the time this appears, you're often dealing with
some of the heavier creatures. The Robe will remove them painfully slowly.
Meanwhile, they'll keep hitting you as long as they're still on the board. Of
course, if your opponent has no creatures in their deck, this card doesn't
help you at all. Porcupine Robe combos cutely with Hospital Dormitory,
but not well enough for me to bother playing it. Overall, I think this card's
concept was a nice idea that just didn't get executed well enough.

For 7T, you get an item that does one damage to every creature that attacks
you each turn...:D Cunning Fox only has one turn to attack, same with Black
Bat and Doxy. This card is very cool, very good, and very underused. The
only drawback is the 7T, but with CoS now, I think that is very
reachable. :D

This card is terrible one damage to each creatures that damages you.
Hmmm might combo nice but alone it is really not to good because the
creatures are still doing damage to you. It does however combo rather
nicely with damage prevention cards such as Neville Longbottom and Sloth
Grip where you can prevent part of the damage from certain creatures. It
also combos well with itself (2 damage a turn kills creatures pretty
fast) but what if they don’t play creatures? What happens then?
You wasted spaces in your deck on a ineffective over priced item.

Alright the Porcupine Robe doesn't do that much on its own. Its not too
bad on its own, it can help to make sure that some creatures only get to
attack once or twice, but if you get two or three Robes out, then your
opponent will only get one attack from his creatures. The reason this
could possibly be good is that you don't need to include that much other
creature prevention in your deck. So you can use charms and be confident
that you have creature prevention and then can thus on your damage causing
spells. This card is also good in Draco Slytherin Decks because well all
items are good in those decks.

Oh the headaches this card can cause. ;') All creatures that do damage attack
every turn, so ultimatly, it's good against creatures of all shapes and sizes.
The smaller the toughness on the creature, the quicker it works, and alot of
good creatures now-a-days trade-off their smaller health to in turn get a heavier
hitting than average creature out more quickly. But even if they don't have creatures
with 1 health, damage is still cumulative, so their days are numbered if they don't deal
with this threat quickly. Sure, the Giant Squid or Fluffy could stay out a while before
having to worry about this, but since you're playing Trans, and are already near the 7T
level, you could Diffindo and PON away any "too big" pests that the Robe can't handle. ;')

Porcupine Robe is one of the more underused items nowadays. Keep in mind
the creatures people are using. Cunning Fox is fairly popular and Doxy is
fairly common also. These would be first turn kills. Plus, this makes the
bigger creatures not nearly as bluff. Plus you can have more than one out
as they are not unique. Oh! and guess what else is in trans? Switching
spell! Weeeeeeee!!!! Critters die really fast when you have two of these
out and you have some extra denial in your deck such as charms or even
picking on nevilles and the like. It costs 7 but it is definitely worth it.
I used to play with Winged Keys a lot which i found really effective in
denial decks if there was that one creature i couldn't quite get rid of.
This puts it up a notch and lets you kill them straight off. Oh! and think
about Black Bat... he comes into play, does damage to you and then he dies
that turn! Sweet!

Yuck...did they mess up when they made this one? Sorry...I can't
even give this one a 1.0 So...I will give it an ugly 0.5 What
a piece of trash. In other words...don't even waste your time
looking at this one...it is terrible, useless and downright dumb.
