Harry Potter TCG Example Game Turn 4 I draw a second Accio.
I watch Pojo take his one damage from my Raven. And play my Charms lesson and another Magical Mishap. Pojo dumps 3 more cards from his deck.
Pojo's Turn - Pojo makes sure I take my 2 damage from him before becoming very interested in his hand. He pulls a Take Root out of his hand and plays it.
Take Root is a card that forces me to choose one of my creatures in play and discard it. There goes my Raven, my only creature in play. (8.3.01 ... some very astute people noticed that Pojo only has 4 Lessons in play! This card takes 5 lessons. Argh. Either he cheated or my notes are off! Pojo's not really a cheater, so maybe my notes are off a tad. My apologies. I'll ask for a rematch. ;-) He plays another Avifors too, removing my only Magical Creatures Lesson.
All those removal spells get very annoying. |
