Today's review is Copperhead from Origin
No idea who this guy is, but he was on Justice League Unlimited, so
that is good enough for me.
The rookie is a decent tie-up piece, and his team can help his low
attack values. The experienced has the Suicide Squad team,
but really doesn’t do too much for me. The vet is a
wildcard with a huge opening defense. None of these pieces
really do anything for me, so I am going to just go with the
vet.
He is 88 points, 2 range 1 target, 8 clicks of life, no AE,
Calculator team
Speed: He can get a pounce in then be a annoying tie-up piece
Attack: Not great, incap sucks with one target, but
the BCF can get you doing some damage if your lucky
Defense: Starts really high, stays decent up close,
super senses could give him an extra turn of life late dial
Damage: EW doesn’t work with pounce but it can get
that 2 damage in, the CCE can keep the damage decent,
nanobots potential the whole time
The Good: Big opening defense
Can do damage the whole
time
Wildcard
The Bad: Attack values aren’t great
Kind of costly for what
you get
2 range is odd, but useful
I guess
Incap with one target
Feats: Nanobots and pounce work good on him,
entangle works for 7/8 clicks
Overall: Here is a piece that we don’t see often,
one dripping with plasticity. He is not really a bad piece,
but he is just one that I personally cannot see myself
using. I can see him being a very annoying character, but
he will not do anything really game-breaking in a game,
unless you get him to tie up your opponents force for a long
time. With an 8 click dial, he can be in the game for a
long time. He is a wildcard, so that gives him some more
playability.
Constructed/Unrestricted: 2.5 / 5
Sealed/Draft: 2 / 5
Overall: 2.5 / 5
