Speed:
Full dial stealth…well at least you wont be wasting a turn
moving to hindering thanks to JLA team
Attack: Little above average for a 44 point piece
Defense: Starts average, ends high. Late dial she
could really help a team.
Damage: Junk numbers, good luck landing on the
probability control
The Good: Late dial defend w/ huge defense
Full
dial outwit
Probability control helps
The Bad:
No real movement
Could be tough to land on Prob Control
Attack is nothing special
Feats: I wouldn’t bother
Overall: If it wasn’t for defend; this would be as
bare-bones a character as you could expect. Her attack use
is very limited, and her real use comes from the probability
control/defend. I find she would work best in a bizarre
world game, because that huge defense with the low attacks
to start would help your pieces greatly. She could be
useful in a normal game…just won’t do anything special. I
don’t like the idea that a short life piece needs to take
significant damage in order to be useful.
Constructed/Unrestricted: 2 / 5 (4.5 / 5 in bizarro
world)
Sealed/Draft: 2.5 / 5
Overall: 2
/ 5
“Heroclix….they’re cool, addictive, and available….the
things practically sell themselves.”

CORRECTION:
I realize there were some screw ups with the Icicle review,
and when the errata comes out for the latest batch of
pieces, he will more than likely get a re-review. Sorry
about the screw-ups.
