Jakeem got Johnny Thunder’s
pen that had the genie inside it. He is now in the JSA…lucky
kid
He is a Unique, 126 points, 8
range 2 targets, 8 clicks of life, a flier, no AE, and JSA
Speed: 2 of running shot in what would seem like an
odd slot but really isn’t, then some earthbound
Attack: Incap works with 2 targets, I never use
quake, and EE is good double targeted
Defense: This is why he is so used, mega high
defense with defend. Toughness helps for the clicks he has
it, barrier is cool double targeted
Damage: 3 with prob is cool, the a lot of perplex,
then more prob control
The Good: High defense with defend
Lots of support powers
The Bad: Attack and damage isn’t great
No opening move and shoot
Pretty screwed late dial
Feats: Nanobots and protected, nothing more
Overall: One thing I love about this click is the
face that he has Defend and the JSA team, meaning on theme
teams, they need 2 outwitters, one using dissent, to cancel
out all that high defense sharing. For a theme team, that
is priceless. In the standard 300 point format he is not
really all THAT playable, but he can work pretty well
there. Sharing a high defense is always a cool tactic, and
this guy is one of the best. Since Sue is getting retied,
he is the next best thing, with a usage that requires skill
to really use. I only went against him one time, and just
could not hit that defense. The support powers are cool
too.

NOTE TO EVERYONE:
I have decided to go on a short hiatus. Expect my full
return in about 2 months. But don't worry I will still
check in with a review from time to time. Sadly I don't
know anything about Jakeem so let's cut to the chase and
make this a sweet review.
He is 126 points; Flies; JSA Team; 8
Range; 2 Arrows

Speed
-- "Taxi values." Nothing pretty until a few
shots in. Ending Earthbound. Ouch.
Attack
-- Incapacitate works great with that 8 range and 2
arrows. Numbers are expected to be better for nearly 130
points. Quake and Running Shot?
Defense
-- I started liking him once I saw this. 18 with DEFEND!
Then 19 with DEFEND! Wow I can't see much getting by
that. Toughness is placed in a good position and Barrier
might come in handy.
Damage
-- So Jakeem has 18 defense AND Probability Control? The
only problem is deciding to upgrade to 19 and lose the
Probs but gain Perplex to up to 20 defense.
Sculpt
-- Is Jakeem's Thunder that clear pink flying mermaid?
Romanco's Breakdown
~ Extrememly amazing support piece
~ Can hold his own against opponents
~ Viable for many different feats
Strategy
Keep him adjacent to your 1st attacker
and try to Incap the heavy hitters. Maybe make Jakeem
the 2nd attacker/support piece.
~ I wish this guy wasn't a ton of points.
If he was around 60-70 you would see him on every team.
Stunning Blow, Protected, ICWO to upgrade the defense
even more.. But by then he's reaching 150 points. As
long as you can keep him remaining untouchable I suggest
giving him a go. ~
