1. She's cheap.
60 points fits her on most teams, and she's good on
most teams for many reasons.
2. She's a Hypersonic Speed flyer, for one.
This isn't as good as it once was thanks to the -2
Carry penalty. But hit & run is still a great HC
tactic. Especially due to...
3. ...Willpower.
Doing it two of every three turns is a good option
to have.
4. SP "Quarry."
This is why she's good on ANY team. +1 to AV against
the enemy's most dangerous piece is great,
especially with the new Perplex rules able to stack
on that.
5. She's a Wildcard, making her even more flexible
for any team.
6. She's a Teen, making her easy to theme-build
with.
7. WizKids is gone, and so is retirement.
That means her sole weakness, low damage, is wiped
away with the return of Armor Piercing.
I'd probably give her a 4 now with the Carry penalty
hurting her role as an offensive taxi and needing to
be 70 points (with Armor Piercing) to truly threaten
any piece on the board. But she does wins the #9
spot on the list due to being a much more
offense-oriented, cheaper figure than Nightwing
while retaining his support ability WITHOUT the
extra cost of feats.
