After a break in chase figures with Web of
Spider-Man (whose four final Super Rares are rumored
to have been intended as chases but inadvertently
got produced in Super Rare quantities), chases came
back with a semi-vengeance in DC 75th Anniversary in
the form of the
not-quite-as-scarce-but-far-more-numerous White
Lanterns.

Team: none
Keywords: Justice League International, White
Lantern Corps
Range: 8 x 1
DIAL & CARD:
http://www.continuumedia.com/clix_cave/tb2/Unit.cfm?UnitID=75W-1&UnitVersion=1&KeyDisplay=1
STRENGTHS:
She starts with Running Shot and, like all other
White Lanterns, Telekinesis. She then shifts to her
prime role as an Incapacitate figure (with a chance
at healing every time she tries to Incap). Mid-dial,
she picks up Perplex and Barrier until her last
click, where her dial stops right before KO thanks
to the "Live!" SP (which also gives her a shot at
Regen). In fact, this power and Support appears on
every White Lantern, so I'm calling it the Last
White Lantern Click.™ :)
WEAKNESSES:
Her dial's really short for nearly 100 points, and
half of it's reducer-free. Like all other chase
White Lanterns, a click of damage lands her on Force
Blast. Damage starts OK but tanks fast.
CARDS TO CONSIDER:
STUNNING BLOW is tempting, but her damage is too low
to bother with.
IN SUM:
Outside of providing some TK to the Justice League
International keyword, she's just a sub-par support
piece — a glorfied Inap/Barrier/Perplexer, really,
who must push to get ANY of those powers. Way too
expensive for what she does, she's the booby prize
of the White Lanterns, no doubt. 1.5 of 5.
