Sinister Syndicate-Jake Foskuhl
One of the things I like to do when
building a team is use most people with the same team. Otherwise, the battle may
seem strange with villians like Magneto working with the Wasp and the Green
Goblin. So I made this team with the new and old Sinister Syndicate members that
I have, and I think it will work:
Doctor Octopus (Cloberrin' Time)
Exp.- 44 pts.- Leap/Climb, Willpower, Leadership,
Super strength, Energy
shield/Deflection- Great piece all around/
Kraven- Exp.- 72 pts.- Stealth,
Incapacitate, Toughness, Outwit, Leap/Climb- cool assain and Sandman's
backup.
Mysterio- Exp.- 57 pts.- Stealth,
Mind Control, Smoke Cloud, Super Senses, Outwit- What else can you say besides
"Wow"?
Sandman- Vet.- 106 pts.- Plasticity,
Invurnability, Incapacitate, Phasing, Super Senses- Great fighter and awesome
tie-down piece.
Electro- Exp.- 43 pts.- Poison,
Energy Shield/Deflection, Energy Explosion-Great backup for
Mysterio.
Vulture- Exp.- 20 pts.- No abilties-
Taxi. Can also assume Ock or Sandman's 10 attack;
nice.
Calypso- Exp.- 38 pts.- Probability
Control, Mind Control- Really great support piece, decent
stats.
A.I.M. Medic- Exp.- 16 pts.- Cheap,
affordable healer (I don't have a paramedic.)
Well, this team really is best as a
team. Use Vulture to fly Doc Ock up, then have Ock go really fast and take out
support(9 movement, leap/climb, willpower, 10 attack? Awesome). Have Sandman
move with Kraven and gang up on the enemy's best figure- Outwit with 3 damage
eack should weaken them, and if one gets hurt, they can copy the other's 10
attack. They both have Incapacitate, so they can beat the enemy down after they
get hurt.
Have Mysterio move with Calypso on
the left and Electro on the right. They will get their attack boosted by
Mysterio. Calypso and Electro both have 6 range, which isn't the greatest, but
Electro has 3 damage and Calypso has Mind, Probability Control.
Keep her in sight of Sandman so the enemy has to roll 6 twice to break away.
Mysterio can Outwit enemies trying to hurt you and attack them; however, if no
one is in range of Mysterio, then use Smoke Cloud to put all three in hindering
terrain. Then your enemy must com and kill him with close combat, riking
Electro's Poison and Calypso's Probability.
Overall, the team is weak to long
ranged attackers, but the whole team can benefit from allways maintaing a
higher attack. At the very least, this team will provide a fun and interesting
game.
