If a face-up “Kashtira” Xyz Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect: Banish 1 “Visas Starfrost” from your hand, your Deck, or your Monster Zone, and if you do, Special Summon 1 “Vicious Astraloud” from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions. If this card is banished: You can target 1 of your banished “Visas Starfrost”; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of “Kashtira Akstra” once per turn.

Before we get into Mannadium Week, I wanted to look at a few cards related to the Visas lore, mainly involving a new Fusion, only because there wasn’t enough for a full Visas Week besides the Mannadium stuff, so here’s Kashtira Akstra.
Kashtira Akstra is a Quick-Play Spell where if a face-up Kashtira Xyz Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish a Visas Starfrost from your hand, Deck, or Monster Zone to Special Summon a Vicious Astraloud, ignoring the summoning conditions. No matter how good Vicious Astraloud is or isn’t, Kashtra weren’t running Visas Starfrost already and I doubt they’d consider it for a card that requires their Xyzs to be destroyed, and they won’t try to destroy them theirselves cause both Kashtira Xyzs are pretty good. Finally, if this card is banished, because it’s still a Kashtira card of course, you can add a banished Visas Starfrost back to your hand. Hard once per turn on each effect, of course. Honestly, the card isn’t worth it for Kashtira. Visas Starfrost on his own doesn’t have much synergy with Kashtira comapred to the other archetypes related to the lore, no matter how much of a stretch some of those might be. The fact you need him in your Deck and for you to hope a Kashtira Xyz is destroyed just to use this just doesn’t feel great for the Kashtira archetype, so a hard pass.
