Lumra is a devastatingly threatening card in combat, with a power and toughness gimmick that’s technically unbounded and deceptively fast in the color that’s best at searching for extra lands. She’s also a one-card combo, in that you can use her to get a bunch of lands out of your graveyard for some other purpose, strange as it might be to be using her devastatingly threatening combat abilities as Plan B. Her keywords also randomly hose people when they least expect it, since she’ll often have the numbers to swat Murktide Regents out of the sky. I feel like people would already have played her if she was just a legendary bear and had less powerful abilities, but as printed, those people will also win a lot of games while doing it.

At “base”, Lumra hits as a 6/6 that presents a pretty impassable presence, but she’s likely going to be a lot more than that, thanks to scaling with the lands you control and digging more out. No trample might be annoying at first, but she can win a war of attrition with enough time (and is in the trample-enabling color), and the ability to fish back every land in your graveyard screams “abuse me”. Six mana might make that trickier, but Fabled Passage is a good Standard-legal starting point that she can parley into a massive headache for any unprepared opponent.
