It’s Mirror Universe! Perhaps. Not quite, I guess, but it does much the same things in a lot of contexts. I never thought I’d be saying this, but it’s oddly more powerful in certain ways – it’s reusable, and it allows you to affect two players other than yourself in a multiplayer game. If you want to keep a player in the game for any reason, this will let you do so, and gain some goodwill in the process. Perhaps you can trade your own life total to someone when it’s high and you want to keep them in the game, and trade it to someone who’s threatening the table when it’s low. It’s amazing how much potential use you can get out of an effect that’s so simple and concise to explain. Constructed: 2/5 |
