Riptide Shapeshifter
At such a high mana
cost, I can't imagine this card being viable in
constructed, unless it ends up in some quirky
combo deck. Still, seems you'd be able to find a
less expensive way to do with this card does.
In Limited, this
thing would be mostly useless unless you managed
to get one or two outrageous bombs of a unique
creature type in your deck. Then, you could
actually make some use of it. But in general,
not worth it.

An interesting
creature. A 3/3 body isn't bad, and the fact
that you get to go get a creature helps also. In
constructed, it's a bit high of a mana cost. But
in limited, all you have to say is "Legend,"
typically. That'll typically go get your game
winner.

Friday - Riptide Shapeshifter
Not a bad card. I expect it to see a lot of
play in Onslaught Sealed.
Think about it. If you play beasts in your deck,
sac this, and get a quick
5/5 or 6/6 into play! I think it's going to be
very powerful in Sealed and
will get a lot of play. In constructed, it's
really not that strong because
there are better search engines.
