Pojo's Magic The Gathering
Card of the Day

An early precursor
to effects like Twilight's Call. Back then, you
had to wait 2 turns for the effect, giving your
opponent time to react. However, it comes into
play turn 4 (or sooner, with Moxen), and you
also have the 2 turns to set yourself up for it.
An interesting card, but since I didn't start
playing until Alliances, I can't really give it
a good rating. Let's just say the effect can be
frightening sometimes, and boo-tiful at others.

Ah, a classic
graveyard recursion card. Unfortunately, for most
recursion decks living death is far more useful as
it goes off as soon as you play it and it kills
all the creatures currently in play. However, all
hallows eve seems to have sentimental value with a
lot of players.
I'll give it a 3.5 in constructed. All hallows
eve does kinda require a solid strategy behind it;
something you don't often get in limited. So I'll
give it a 2 in this format. |

All Hallow's Eve is
one of my favorite enchantments as it gives
little creatures porchwalk and allows them to
collect free candy from all houses. Support this
holiday tradition and give free candy to the
little creatures tonight. Happy Halloween to all
of you magic ghouls out there. Boo !
