Uh, whatever. If
some amazing artifact becomes super played, then
MAYBE in your sideboard, but I think Judge Bill is
right. Blue just counters the artifact for less
mana. Last pick in drafts, unless you
happened to notice some amazing artifact bomb go
by (which you should have taken yourself...duh!)

Steal Artifact
Why does blue want
to steal an artifact? It should just counter it,
anyway. In either format.
(Sorry, I have
nothing more to say about this card. It's one of
the classic crap cards they keep recycling.)

Steal Artifact
While not exactly an answer to a lot of the more
played artifacts (like
bridge, coat of arms, winter orb), it does have
it's advantages when you're
taking the right thing (masticore). Ok as a
sideboard card, but few
artifacts get enough universal deck slots to ever
justify this as a main
deck choice.

Steal Artifact is hit
or miss. Do they have an artifact? Is that
artifact a good one for the deck you are playing?
The answer to the first question is usually no but
the decks that do play them have some real
powerful ones. Answer to question number 2,
probably not. Use a Disenchant or bounce instead.
Constructed –
Occasionally amazing but usually not worth it –
2.15
Limited – Not playable
in every game and it costs 2 colored mana – 1.45 |

Steal Artifact
Steal Artifact would have been a wonderful card to
have in your sideboard...
if Urza's Block was still in Type II. For Type
II, there's nothing to
steal unless you face Mono Black Control, in which
case you might be able to
take a Mirari, which doesn't really effect them
too much, or a Riptide
Replicator, which could hurt. Aside from that,
Steal Artifact is a
"useless" card.
In Extended, it's good against Tinker... and....
Tinker. Not really
effective sideboard here either.
In limited, what are you going to steal? More
than likely nothing unless a
Rod of Ruin pops up, and is that really worth
taking? Not really.
Constructed - 1.1/5.0 (There's the 1/100 chance it
proves to be worth it)
Limited - 1.1/5.0 (What do you plan on taking?
That's right, more than
likely nothing.) |
