It's a land that's
Mobilization! You know, I just wasn't around
when this card was in play. I do know that it gets
purchased regularly from our Website, so I would
guess from that and from reading the card that
it's decent and has seen a lot of play in it's
time. It's a land, so it can't be countered. So,
you trade your Plains for a land that can do the
same AND make soldiers. Pretty good.
In limited, it would
be amazing. You splash some Plains in just so you
can play this card. Anything that is a continual
source of creatures is a must play.

The original token creator. This forced you to
sacrifice a Plains if it would come into play to
make it come into play. That is a small
sacrifice for a land that creates 1/1 soldiers.
Back when this was Type 2 leal, this was heavily
played, and for good reason.
In limited, it's even more nuts. A reason in and
of itself to make you want to go white.

I was talking to a kid about a week ago and I was
looking over his White
Weenie deck that he was planning on playing in a
Type I tournament that was
about to start, and I noticed no Outposts in his
deck. After asking him
about it, he replied with a puzzled look asking
what the card was? I
replied: "Oh, only the most annoying non-counterless
creature producer ever
created..."
This card rocks. The best white "combo"(I put
combo in " " since its more
of just good play than combo) used against me was
Wrath of God and Post. My
friends would wipe the board clean, and start
making at LEAST one creature a
turn. If you break it down, unless either player
has heavy card drawing, a
player with a Post out is going to win the race
back to creature supremecy.
You combine these little 1/1 white creatures with
a crusade, and you've got
yourself an army to be dealt with.
I won't be able to give it a 5 though. Its just
not fast enough to be a
total wrecking ball in a constructed game. Its
powefull, but it won't take
out your opponent with one foul swoop. Also, since
it can really only be
used in Type I tournaments now, its not nearly as
useful, but for fun play,
combine it with Wonder in the graveyard and you've
got a good game.
In limited....creates infinite 1/1 creatures and
will probably never go away
due to the lack of land destruction
used...so....probably one of my top
picks...
