While
Wurmskin Forger is a nice idea as far as throwing
a few counters strategically, it's ridiculous
casting cost makes no sense. This is NOT the guy
you will be happy to see in your opening hand.
7 mana is just too much for such a wimpy body to
go with it. If it had cost one less, then MAYBE,
or if it had given you a 3/3 to go with it, then
yeah. But not as is. I did try to play it a
few times in a sealed to see if it would turn out
well... nope. Save your deck slot for something
better.

The ability to
spread 3 +1/+1 counters among creatures of
your choice is a nice trick. However, for 7
mana, you only get a 2/2 body to go with the
3 counters? No thanks in constructed. Even
as a 5/5 (with all 3 counters on him), he's
still too weak for 7 mana.
In limited
though, he can be great. Pumps up your
Auriok Bladewarden or Spikeshot Goblin was
never so fun. I'd fit this in my deck if I
were green in limited.

Wurmskin Forger
This guy took a little bit to catch on, but he's
quite good at what he does
in limited, even at 7 mana. Any time you can
have a potentially much
larger 1: flier or 2: regenerator, that's a good
thing. In constructed
though, you'd be better off with, say, pentavus.

Wurmskin Forger
In Constructed, this thing is just too
expensive. 7 mana for a possible
5/5 or a 2/2 with small pumps to your army is
just too slow. Currently, elves have faster
methods of pumping their creatures. Think
Wirewood Pride.
Not worth it.
In Limited this thing is much better. Creatures
are very important in any Limited format
especially big ones. This card helps your
fatties get bigger. Plus he's a common. A strong
pick.

Wurmskin Forger
Another mirridon
card I like for limited. Lots of people
underrate this card at times. This card is meant
for those in sealed who don't have bombs to have
themself a little bomb. It is however expensive
and a bit unreliable, but it does get the job
done. Play this when you have nothing better.
Resolving it though is good times.
