Pojo's Magic The Gathering
Card of the Day

I
remember this was highly used back in the day, but
I have absolutely no idea why it was used. I
can't think of anything off hand, but I remember
seeing a lot of it.
Today, it's pretty
bad. Six mana for recursive Seal of Fire?
If it cost a little less, maybe. But since
it cost so much and is only legal in t1 and t1.5,
I'll have to mostly pass.
In limited, only good
if you get something to combo it with - not real
likely, honestly.

Okay, here's another
card I've never heard of until now. Hmm... it
would seem this is an Artifact version of a combo
card for constructed. Kind of like enchantment's
version of reanimation. I suppose some of the
old-timers here will know if this was ever
utilized in any such deck.
In limited, it
seems this card would be practically useless,
unless you happened upon some amazing enchantment
in your "The Dark" draft or sealed.

Interesting. A card
that lets you return an enchantment card back to
your hand for reuse. Now, if there was only an
enchantment worth using, then this _might_ be
playable. As it is, though, I'd rather use a
more all-purpose card to get it back, such as
Gaea's Blessing. But if you manage to build a
deck with a lot of enchantments, then just play
Replenish.
In limited, I
wouldn't play this, even if you have a killer
enchantment you can reuse.

Skull Of Orm
At the time it was printed, this card didn't
see a whole lot of play. If
it was still in extended now though, you
might see it on occasion, or you
might consider it yourself. It can bring
back your Parallax waves or seal
of cleansings, your countered Recurring
Nightmares, Animate deads, etc.
At only 3 mana for the initial play of it,
it has a lot of potential. In
limited, it does require a couple sac enchantments
or ones that naturally
expire to be good, but if you have them,
it is very good. Too bad it's
not in a more recent set.

Skull of Orm
Never heard of it until now...However looks like a
poor argivian find or replenish, I wouldn't play
it,
minus its continual...
In limited he looks .Like poop unless you have
lots of
good enchantments
