Pojo's Magic The Gathering
Card of the Day
Chris

Library of Alexandria - Ah yes, the 10th card of
the Power 9 set. This is how it works: Card
advantage wins games. TA DA!
In Type 1, you usually
have an insane amount of hand and library
manipulation, so somewhere in there you'll have 7
cards in hand. Tap, draw, to add more to the
insanity.
Constructed:
5
Limited: Yeah... I'd like to be in on this sealed
or draft...
Current Price:
$150

The Power 9 is
awesome and all, but this is the tenth power.
This card has seen tons of play and it will
continue too, cause its broken. Only playable in
T1 of course, and restricted at that, its a
great card thats good in control decks, and
some/most combo decks. "Hulk Smash" plays one
Library if I recall(no pun intended) which is
one of the current archtypes I run in T1. I'm an
avid fan of "Type Fun"! =)
In limited its
just a land, but if you get the chance to draft
this in real life... your one lucky mo-fo! ;)
Constructed: 5
Limited: 1.5

Library of Alexandria
is one of the classic cards and it has that status
for a reason. Card advantage wins games and the
decks that can take advantage of the library for
extra cards are the ones that need every card they
can get. A very nice package. Still, decks that
play fast won't be able to meet the Library's
requirements so it is not for every deck.
Constructed - Card
advantage is always good - 4.15
Limited - Not so
good for this style of play - 1.75
PEZ - Well it is
banned now so - 0.00 |

I dont suppose this card is to bad. If your deck
has a lot of card drawing
you could use these. And if you dont have a full
hand, use it for mana. I'm
not really sure what else to say about this card.
But check out the price,
yikes!
