Insert Dragon
Here - Part 2: Crosis
Well, I did Darigaaz, now Crosis gets a turn. You'd think that the dragon legends were popular or something…

This is a midrange deck that will either rock the early game with 2/2's back by elimination or a Familiar/Ritual/Dragon combo deck that drops Crosis turn 3 or 4 depending on if Mox Diamond comes through. Negator and Duress help punish control decks. Eleven removal spells (counting Recoil but not Fireslinger) clear the board against aggro. Use Duals if you have them, but that's pretty obvious.
Recoil can get nasty enchantments off the board for you, but use it with care. Fireslinger makes sure Elves don't get in the way.
Don't make any mistake, this deck is casual to the bone. It's also hard to ignore a 6/6 flyer on the third turn. Don't think of it as a metagame deck, or a killer deck, but as a fast, fun, and flexible deck capable of delivering big headaches.
Until Volrath reclaims Rath by challenging Crovac to a legal brawl on Jerry Springer, Make Mine Magic.
SPECIAL THANKS TO CHRISTIAN CHARRON for today's Make Mine Magic.
