A card I think is fairly good is Life/Death.
Life: A sorcery for one green mana. Until end of turn, all
lands you control are 1/1 creatures that are still lands.
Death: A sorcery for 1 colorless and one black mana. Return target
creature from your graveyard into play. You lose life equal to it's
converted mana cost.
One little trick I have found out about is with Life and
Attrition.
Attrition: An enchantment for one colorless and two black mana. One
black mana, sacrafice a creature: destroy target nonblack creature.
Well lets say you have a Phyrexian Scuta in play. Just cast Life, use
Attrition, and pummel your opponent with the scuta.
You can also use fallen angel with Life/Death.
Fallen Angel: A creature for three colorless and two black
mana. It is a 3/3 with flying that reads Sacrafice a creature: Fallen
Angel gets +2/+1 until end of turn.
Just play Life and then use the angels abillity.
The last combo I thought up was Death and Death
Grasp.
Death Grasp: An instant for X colorless, one white, and one black
mana.
Deals X damage to target creature or player you gain X life.
If you are playing an aggressive black deck and you just splashed in white
for cards like Death Grasp and Vindicate. If you have played Death Grasp
and you don't need the life just use Death to return a creature from your
graveyard to play.
