Prophetic Bolt is a very good card in tournament game play right now. It

makes R/U Burn/Counter very good. Not only does it deal 4 damage to target

creature or player, it also lets you look at the top 4 cards of your library

and figure out which one will help you at that moment of time, or you could

keep that card for later! The drawback is the 3RU mana cost, and that you

have to put the other 3 cards that you don't want on the bottom of your

library.

    I have seen people use this card very effectively (Against me before...)

against their opponents. This card is so versatile, I think Prophetic Bolt

should be used in almost every deck that has Blue and Red in it.
