A control deck that doesn't let
any spells their opponent's play resolve. Draw to keep a full hand, because that
is your strongest weapon in this deck. I can guarantee you won't miss a land
drop untill turn 6 or so, even with only running 19 lands. Try to thin your deck
as much as possible to mantain card advantage, and you'll see a Morphling pop
up. Drop him out with enoguh mana to support it, and still counter, and you're
golden. Just remember that the entire deck is made of Instants with the
exceptions of the lands, and artifacts and creatures, allways wait untill end of
turn to play them, so u have mana open to counter. Just a good version of one of
the best decks in M:TG. Mono Blue, Keeper, Sligh, Sui Black, Wennies, and
Stompy.
