Zodaic Dragon is a Portal 3 Kingdoms rare that says "Whenever Zodiac Dragon goes into a graveyard, return it to it's owner's hand".

As for the Wild Mongrel...if you haven't heard of him, then

1) Get out from under that rock, and

2) "Discard a card from your hand: Wild Mongrel gets +1/+1 and becomes the colour of your choice until end of turn".

Since the Dragon is put into your hand if it reaches the graveyard from ANYWHERE, discard it to the Mongrel, give him +1/+1, return the Dragon to your hand, lather, rinse and repeat. Always repeat. Pack a few Armadillo Cloaks (Enchanted creature gets +1/+1, trample and spirit link), and you get an easy turn-three win. Mongrel, Cloak, discard Dragon a bazillion times, attack, game over. Nice match, let's do this again sometime.
