Pandemonium says whenever a creature comes into play, it does damage equal to it's power to target player.

Nicol Bolas (multicolour) is a 7/7 Flier, and whenever he damages someone, their hand gets nuked.

Pay 2 to the Arch, get out Nicol, 7 dagae to someone, and their hand nuked. Good times.
