This is at first sight just a standard control-deck. You have to play it like that. Just counter and kill irritating cards of your opponent and don't worry about some damage.

Use Lim-duls Vault [Look at the top five cards of your Library. As many times as you choose, you may pay 1 life to put those cards on bottom of your library and look at the top five cards of your library. Shuffle all but the top five crads of your library; put those cards on top in any order. Effects that prevent or redirect damage cannot be used to counter this loss of life] and Demonic Tutor[Search your library for a card and put it into your hand. Shuffle your library afterwards] to find these 3 cards: Stasis, Tangle Wire and Chronatog.

First cast Chronatog[0: Chronatog gets +3/+3 until end of turn. You skip your next turn. Play this ability only once each turn], If you don't have much mana wait a turn. The second turn you cast tangle wire[fading 4. at the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player tapes an untapped artifact, creature or land he or she controls for each fade counter on Tangle Wire] and Stasis[Each player skips his untap phase]. Try to keep as much blue islands untapped.

Then just skip your turns with Chronatog. Your opponent have to tap 4 things each turn and nothing will untap. Now you can just wait and see how your opponent deck himself. if he will cast somting irritating, then counter it with a counterspell. And if you need a turn, make sure you cast Boomerang on your Stasis, so that your cards will untap.
