Mannadium Prime-Heart – #CYAC-EN043
1+ Tuners + 1 LIGHT monster
This card can attack a number of times each Battle Phase, up to the number of Tuners used for its Synchro Summon. If this card was Synchro Summoned using a “Mannadium” Tuner as material, your opponent cannot target it with card effects. If this face-up Synchro Summoned card in its owner’s control leaves the field because of an opponent’s card: You can Special Summon 1 of your monsters with 1500 ATK/2100 DEF, or your “Visas Starfrost”, that is banished or in your GY.

Hello Pojo Fans,
Mannadium Prime-Heart is the newest version of Visas and our end card for the week.
Level 10 is a huge Synchro because you can use as many Tuner monsters as you want for this Synchro Summon, along with LIGHT monsters. Being able to use many Tuner monsters for a Synchro Summon is handy, and within an archetype that has only a few monsters, all but one that are Tuner, this was a necessity.
3000 ATK & DEF are respectable for a Level 10, being able to crash into monsters equal to the number of Tuners used for the Synchro Summon adds to the damage output or monster destruction Prime-Heart can do during the Battle Phase. It is not specific to monsters, so Prime-Heart could be making multiple direct attacks to end the game if done correctly. Targeting protection if you use a Mannadium Tuner, which you most certainly will within the archetype where it will likely only be used. Without anything else to draw it to another archetype that Synchro Summons a lot it would be unlikely to see Prime-Heart within another archetype.
Prime-Heart can replace itself with a Visas Starfrost or something with 1500ATK/2100DEF when it leaves the field through an opponent’s card effect. Problem with this is Prime-Heart must have been Synchro Summoned, and the Special Summon comes from your banished zone or the graveyard. You won’t be getting this effect, nor the protection from targeting effects if you Special Summon Prime-Heart through something like Monster Reborn. It would have been great if you could’ve Special Summoned from the Deck or hand as well, I’m not sure that would have been too good of an effect with the limited range of the Special Summon.
Prime-Heart excels when it is a Synchro Summoned monster. It has targeting protection, multiple attack capabilities, and can potentially replace itself with whatever was used for its Synchro Summon (like Visas or Riumheart). I think in an archetype with few members currently, Prime-Heart could have a tweak to his effects here and there to really give him that boss monster mentality.

We end the week with the big boss of the Mannadium archetype: Mannadium Prime-Heart.
Prime-Heart is a Level 10 LIGHT Fairy Synchro with 3000 ATK and DEF. The stats are what we’re used to on these Heart monsters, and being a LIGHT/Fairy is pretty solid. Materials are any 1+ Tuners and any LIGHT monster, so really it can be summoned using nothing but Tuners if you wanted, just as long as you get your LIGHT monster (Visas Starfrost, Mannadium Riumheart just to name a few). This card can attack a number of times each Battle Phase up to the number of Tuners used for its Synchro Summon, which being a Level 10 Synchro and likely needing a bit to summon, can easily get you more than the standard 2 attacks for the bare minimum. Your opponent cannot target it with card effects if you used a Mannadium Tuner to summon this, rewarding you for playing it in archetype by giving some protection. Finally, if this Synchro Summoned card in its owner’s control leaves the field due to an opponent’s card, you can Special Summon any monster with 1500 ATK/2100 DEF or a Visas Starfrost that’s banished or in your graveyard, so floating upon removal, which is nice when our boss monsters have. Prime-Heart isn’t something you just throw up on an end board turn 1 since then all you get is a floater that might be untargetable. You mainly hope to summon this turn 2 and beyond to get a quick win out of nowhere. You won’t always summon this probably, but it can win you a game if you have it in the Extra Deck.

Get ready for multiple energy blades as Mannadium Prime-Heart closes the week, the official boss monster of the Mannadium archetype. It’s a level 10 LIGHT Fairy Synchro monster and, interestingly, takes a Tuner and any number of LIGHT monsters, letting you use potentially multiple (or even all) Tuner monsters to make it, and it’ll be very apparent why you would. Given that Mannadium is all about flooding the board with their level 2 Tuners, it’s not particularly difficult to make Prime-Heart with two or more Tuners as material. Keeping in theme with Visas lore bosses, Prime-Heart has solidly balanced stats of 3000 attack and defense, so it’s great on both ends.
Prime-Heart gets some bonuses depending on what was used for its Synchro Summon; it can attack once for each Tuner you used, so even the basic combo of using Visas Starfrost and a level 4 Mannadium Meek will give Prime-Heart two attacks. Furthermore, if you used a Mannadium Tuner, Prime-Heart becomes immune to your opponent’s targeting effects, which isn’t the best protection, but still nice, as many common disruptions are targeting (particularly those from Kashtira monsters). Prime-Heart’s last effect is not once per turn, but pulling it off multiple times is impractical anyway. If it leaves the field by your opponent’s card while Synchro Summoned and face-up, you can Special Summon any monster with 1500 attack and 2100 defense or Visas Starfrost from your Graveyard or from banished. The intent of this effect is to rebuild your board after Prime-Heart is removed, bringing back Visas, Mannadium Riumheart, or Scareclaw Reichheart for follow-up, though honestly, if you didn’t already win after attacking with Prime-Heart, you’re doing something wrong! Prime-Heart is a fine OTK enabler, and it’s quite easy to make, but going first you’re better off making level 10 Synchros that are more appropriate for turn 1, like Baronne de Fleur.
