Gamabunta N-128
Pro:
-the most powerful toad (or ninja)
Con:
-requirements.
Today we continue our theme of toads with the king
of all toads, Gamabunta. It has the greatest power
among all ninjas out so far. That's great and all,
but you might never get to use it.
Being 9/0 and 7/0 injured, it can easily trample
over any ninja, or even any team. Together with the
highest support in the game so far, the 4th hokage,
they would have the team power of 14, more than most
team of 3. Together with some other support, you get
yourself the strongest team possible.
It can't be any support unfortunately. He can only
be teamed up with ninja that has "oil" attribute.
Only a couple of ninja has that fits the
description: naruto, gama, 4th hokage, and jiraiya.
This makes it hard to use gamabunta in a battle.
Like giant snake, this summon requires a summoning
jutsu, a summoning jutsu that also requires "oil"
attribute nnijas. With such a narrow section of
ninjas, it's no wonder why this toad is so powerful.
The funny part in all this is gamabunta has an
exceptional effect that other summons do not have,
and also lack the effects other summons do have.
While a regular gama can not use jutsu, this can
actually use a fireball. On the other hand, while
gama will return back when it is dicarded after in
play, this toad will go straight to the discard pile
as normal.
If you are able to summon this on the field, just
hope your efforts are not in vain, and make sure you
can win the game. I, on one hand, aren't bold enough
to find some gamabuntas.

Beastly Bruin
Gamabunta
Holy Mary, Mother of God...
The only card that I've ever seen on the field with
an attack higher then 6 was Rock Lee (whom I got up
to 17 one time).
I still don't have any Curse cards (Louisiana
sucks), so I haven't had a chance to play with or
against this card, but it looks like a beast.
Normally, a card that requires two other cards and
other conditions to be played would get any
automatic low score in my book, but Mr. Warts here
may be worth the effort. Once he hits the field,
your opponent will have to bounce him back some kind
of way, because even with minimal support, he's
going to be overwhelming. Especially if you pull him
out with Fourth. I mean...his INJURED combat is 7!
He's Lightning, which is a plus, and should be a
decent addition to a deck utilizing that element.
However, due to his summoning requirements, and
battling restrictions, I can't fully endorse
throwing him in random builds. This card needs it's
own deck to shine, and it would almost have to be a
stall build.
If you get him, do a lot of practice runs and
tweaking before you take him to a tournament.
Water/Wind would have no problem disposing of him
and his crew in a competitive environment, and 8
Trigram violates him in unholy ways...
In Limited...HA! Yeah right...
Constructed Lightning/Oil: 4.5/5 if you strategize
correctly 3/5 if you don't

Raban
gamabunta
Pros:
-huge!!!!
Cons:
-oil...
Today is the frog chief, gamabunta, while he looks
huge, the odds of getting him out are relatively
small. While he is a 9/0 7/0, the oil requirement
bounces this off. While he is a turn 5 no hand cost,
i dont see himmgetting big in the meta. The reason
for this is thatthere are too many ways to get
ninjas into your hand or deck (i.e. ever heard of
triagram?, for oil ninjas.
Well while i love the idea, i am skeptical. But
email me if you find anything good.
