Playdoh Dude
Kakashi Hatake [Confidence
in SUbordinates]:
Wednsday! We have the deemed worst Kakashi to review
today, but he is vastly underrated. Say you don't
get a quik win in Genin Rush, who else to pull late
then this guy! He has pretty nice stats, a6/3 on a
Five drop, and then he's fire, which is basically
good all-around. Better yet, he's a Jonin to use
yesterdays card, and has Sharingan Eye!
Constructed: 2/5. Play Copy or Settlement over him.
Genin Rush: 4/5. Only late-game trick this deck has,
and he's useful.
Limited: 3/5. Genins are pretty common(especially
Kiba, which I currently have 16 copies of) in
Limited, so if you pull this, nice job!
Art: 4/5. Go Lightning Blade!
Overall:3/5

Kakashi Hatake (Confidence

This isn't as staple as the other cards this week,
or the other Kakashi out there. However he is still
a good thing to have. Turn 5 means he's got a
handcost (One) which means he isn't splashable, he's
only for Fire and Fire hybrid decks. He's got all
the standard charms of Kakashi (Leaf|Jonin|Male|Sharingan
Eye, Combat Type of Genjutsu), along with the
standard Turn 5 Kakashi stats 6/3 - 3/2.
So why him over, say Copy Ninja (Gain Combat equal
to whatever combat your opponent's team is gaining),
Sharingan Eye (Use any Jutsu for free if they have
it in their discard), or Early Settlement (Gain a
battle reward if you win a battle, not just by
attacking the village)? Well, he does allow for
slightly stronger team of lower rank ninjas. While
it isn't as important now, it will come up later on.
He gives +0/+1 to any and all Leaf and Genin ninjas.
Now, how does this help?
With 12 Leaf|Genin ninjas out there, Most will be
often reprinted with greater and greater effects,
the bonus support is good early on. Later game
you'll get out Sandaime (Third), Yondaime (Fourth)
and Kurenai. Whi will make every Genin look wimpy
without this. He also allows you to split up your
teams a bit more. However this isn't really a
standard Fire/Water card, he's more for Fire/Earth.
Earth has more decent Genin Utility ninjas that have
support and nice effects. He also does decently in
Fire/Wind.
Hatake Kakashi rating: 2.5/5 (Not as good as Early
Settlement, but not a Super Rare either)
Constructed (Fire/Wind, Fire/Earth): 3.5/5
Limited: 4/5
Art: 5/5 (Raikiri rocks out loud)

Pro:
-good stats
Con:
-high drop
Today we review yet another fire card. A trend is
very apparent this week.
General-
I think this kakashi may be some what underrated.
Reason for this is that other copies of kakashi
shadows over this one, making him not as good as he
seems. There’s what he does. If you put a genin with
the leaf village symbol with this kakashi, then
those genin gets an extra 0/+1. some good examples
of ninjas that go well with him are Shikamaru [lazy
bum] and Sakura [Determination] when those 3 ninjas
are putted together, you can have a team power of 14
(6+3+4:sakura’s effect) that’s equal to any team
available now, even if it is for one turn. Even more
deadly is this combo: Kakashi + Hokage + Promo
Sakura: [textbook]. If they are put in to a team
together, and sakura uses kunai, the total team
power would be 15 (6+4+1+1:kakashi’s effec)+2:kuna)+1:sakura’s
effect), that’s totally unheard of. There are many
other combos with this card, even if this involves
little genins who can’t hold their own.
Compare to other copies of Kakashi (i.e. copy ninja,
early settlement and 4 drop) this is not as good. If
looks like it needs a deck dedicated to using copy
ninja for it to be most effective. It sounds
interesting already.
