Wind Scythe Jutsu
Pro:
-low cost
Con:
-potential negation
Our third negation card of the week is wind scythe.
It’s a nifty little card that could do some major
damage.
General-
Wind Scythe only cost 1 wind chakra, which qualifies
it as the negation with the lowest cost. It can
negate one jutsu being played by anyone, even your
own. Why would you though. The trade off is that
your opponent can discard 2 chakra on his own to
negate wind scythe. Luckily you can stack this jutsu
to make it harder for your opponent to negate it.
One thing you should pay attention to when you play
this card is that if you let your opponent discard 2
chakra to negate wind scythe, you cannot use wind
scythe again on the same jutsu. So make sure to play
it wisely and not let your opponent discard chakra.
Great Breakthrough technically qualifies as a
negation, but it takes so much chakra that you might
not consider the card in the first place.

Beastly Bruin
Wind Scythe Jutsu
Even though this card fits perfectly in any Wind
deck, I don't really like it too much. The main
reasons for my disdain are 1) the card goes to the
Chakra area and 2) it's a negation card that has
it's own negation built right in.
This card is only as good as the amount of Chakra
your opponent DOESN'T have. Sure, it has an
exceptionally low cost and is completely
unrestricted in terms of what and when it can
activate (within the EoJ step), but you'll find that
most of your opponents will gladly pay two Chakra to
save a Jutsu that you felt was important enough to
negate.
The best form of negation is an upcoming card, but
this one is okay.
In limited, this card is godly, though...
Constructed Wind: 3/5 (Extra points can be added due
to the fact that it's the only pure negation for
Wind right now)
