Kakashi Hatake [The Past
in Ten Years Ago]
Don't waste your Kakashi slot on this one. There are
other turn 4 jonins. Why use this when we have the
likes of Early Settlement, Energizing the Brain,
Copy Ninja, etc.?
Limited: 3/5
Constructed: 1.5/5 (Far too many other Kakishis)
Art: Swords are cool, but Kakashi doesn't do scarfs.
Sorry, but no.

Wednesday's card is the
new Kakashi Hatake, also known as Anbu Kakashi. It's
a turn 4 Kakashi with 5/2 healthy stats, which is
the only thing different about him. He gives your
other Kakashis Growth so you could play him and Turn
5 growth in Early Settlement, Copy Ninja or whatever
you want to use. He's not the most useful ninja in
the world for Fire ability-wise, but he's another
strong Turn 4 Fire ninja. He's also a common Kakashi
too, so he's easy to get.
Limited:3/5(he's a strong ninja for Turn 4)
Constructed:3/5(Try him out and see for yourself)
Beastly Mage
Kakashi
Hatake (N-188)
Is it Wednesday already?! Today's card is the Anbu
Kakashi (even though he doesn't have the "ANBU"
stat). He gives every Kakashi in your hand "Growth".
If you're not too familiar with how the "Growth"
mechanic works, here's an example:
-Turn 4 = Deploy Kakashi (10 Years Ago)
-Turn 5 = Send first Kakashi to Chakra Area, Growth
Deploy Kakashi (ES or ETB, whichever you want)
WITHOUT paying the hand cost, place one "Growth"
coin representing +1/+1 on the newly deployed
Kakashi. Then, if you want, make a normal deployment
or another "Growth" with another character.
What else can I say about this card? He's pretty
good, not broken, but still good.
This is a turn 4, 5/2
Kakashi that gives all Kakashis in your hand
"Growth", making it the only Jonin with growth
(Excluding Baki if you have Lord of the Land of
Wind)
It just doesn't impress me though. Sure, a 7/4
Kakashi [Early Settlement] or an 8/5 Kakashi
[Energizing the Brain] seems great in theory, but
I'd much rather have a Kakashi with good stats when
I need it, rather then drawing one of these guys
when I could have filled its sleeve with an Early
Settlement or something.
In limited, it's a beatstick with no hand cost. Grab
it.

Continuing with most of
Eternal Rivalry’s theme, today we look at another
crappy fire ninja. Today’s card is a 4 drop Kakashi
(in Anbu get-up) with stats inferior to the vanilla
version with an incredibly situational effect. When
this Kakashi is in play, all Kakashis in your hand
get growth, allowing you to play a potential 8/5 EtB
or 7/5 ES on turn 5 without a handcost. Though that
combo has a lot of potential, the chances of you
pulling it off are incredibly slim. Usually you’ll
run one 4 drop and 2 of the afore mentioned
Kakashi’s meaning you have to draw into the 4 drop
before any of the others. Often you’d find yourself
drawing only 5 drops, or a 5 drop and then this guy.
Overall, his effect is too inconsistent and with
stats inferior to the vanilla Kakashi, he should see
no competitive play.
Limited: 4/5 (Splashable with pretty good stats)
Constructed: 1/5 (Crappy stats and inconsistent
effect)
Art: 3/5 (Would be higher, but that scarf is soo
weird)

Kakashi Hatake[The Past in
Today we look at the common Kakashi from Eternal
Rivalry. He's a turn 4 drop with 5/2 stats and then
3/2 when injured. He lacks the 3 support that the
Vanilla Kakashi had in Path. He's only a Common
which is nice. I also think his effect can come in
handy. Since he's a turn 4, you can use his effect
to Growth him into a 7/4 Kakashi[Early Settlement],
which is insane due to his effect which allows every
Kakashi Hatake in your hand to gain growth. It's
pretty nifty. Although, I don't think you'll be
seeing it happen all that much because you can only
run 3 Kakashi's. I'd still use more of the ES
Kakashi over this guy as his effect won't happen
much.

Constructed: 3/5

Kakashi Hatake (The Past
In 10 Years Ago)
Greetings all Naruto fans.
Today's card is Kakashi Hatake from the upcoming
Eternal Rivalry set. He is a turn 4 5/2 Healthy
3/2 Injured Jonin with Sharingan. His effect
gives all Kakashi Hatake in your had growth.
Even better his effect is valid. This Kakashi
doesn't compare to the Kakashi Hatake (Early
Settlement), but it can make Kakashi (ES) a 6/4
that wins battle rewards. Although a turn 4 5/2
is not all that great, a turn 5 6/3 is still
good.
Rating:
Limited 2/5 (We may or may
not see much play for this card.)
Constructed 3/5
Art 4/5 It's nice to see
a Kakashi in the Anbu outfit.
