Tuesday's card is Neji
Hyuga, Detection By Byakugan. It's a Neji that can
control your opponent's Chakra when you need to the
most, during the Exchange of Jutsu when you are most
likely to play a Jutsu. Did they build up for a
Jutsu to ruin your fun? You can discard a Chkra to
ruin their day and they can't really do much about
it unless they have Power of the Nine-Tailed Fox
Spirit in their deck or something that allows them
to charge Chakra during Exchange of Jutsu. This Neji
can be the perfect addition to the Chakra Control
deck that runs Kisame, Chakra Absorption and Yoroi
among other things. Plus, it's a Neji, which
everyone likes. This is definitely worth a try,
especially in a Taijutsu or Byakugan deck.

Another super rare for you today. This one doesn't
have a valid effect, but a good one still. By
discarding chakras from your side, you can discard
the same number of chakras from your opponent's
side. If you need chakra for jutsus, this won't be
too good, but it can still be good for Chakra
Control decks among others. He's also got the usual
stats for a Neji, so he's pretty good in that sense
too.

This SR Neji has cool art
and a cool effect. You discard some chakra, and so
does your opponent. Shikamaru [Formation] will be
making sure that your R&R Neji can't protect itself
from Turn 2s and under, but Shikamaru can't do
anything about this Neji's ability, making it nice
if you can discard some growth/random Chakra to kill
your opponent's Vortex/Trigram fuel. All in all it's
a very solid card, not broken but worthy of SR
status.
In limited, a single leaf hurricane can screw you
hard. Also, 3/0 / 3/0 stats help a lot more in
limited than constructed, I've noticed. This guy is
a star.

Neji Hyuga[Detection By

Today we are looking at the second Super Rare for
our Super Rare week. It's no other than Neji Hyuga.
Neji is pretty much the same as all of his other
versions. He has stats of 3/0 in both healthy and
injured status. He's also a turn 2, but he also
growth and the normal Neji traits. This Neji makes
Super Rare status like most other Super Rares do by
his effect. His effect allows you to discard as many
chakras as you want to discard the same number from
your opponent during the exchange of Jutsu. This
effect is very, very solid it can allow you to get
rid of your opponent's chakra to prevent them from
using a Jutsu. The only bad thing with the effect
really is it's not valid, and it also might prevent
you from using Jutsu's. Either way, it's good
protection from your opponent. This Neji will see
play in a lot of decks especially in Tempo where
tempo decks don't rely on chakra as much as other
decks do.
Overall, I think this Neji is very good, and might
be over looked by some people, but the ability to
dump chakra outside of Yoroi and Kisame is pretty
sweet. This also gives Earth a nice push as well.
