Great Fan
Today’s card is quite a good one for wind decks.
The pro’s of this card is that it can boost up you
team power or boost up your mental power. The other
advantage to this card is that any ninja can use it.
However if you play it in a multi elemental deck
than it could be hard to have enough wind chakra to
take full advantage of this card. Also it’s useless
for a team with only 1 ninja.
My advice is if you play a wind/ mental deck with no
other elements you should run 3 for some good
support. But it can be useful in mixed element decks
as well. Try it out.

It's Tuesday and today's
card is Great Fan, a new Jutsu from Revenge and
Rebirth that I've found to be quite powerful. Great
Fan is a Wind Jutsu that costs X Chakra and gives
the user either +0/+X or +X Mental Power. The only
drawback with Great Fan is that its cost can only be
paid for in Wind Chakra, but in a Mono Wind deck or
a deck with a good amount of Wind, the drawback is
not a problem. Pump-up cards like this can change
the outcome of a battle, and the fact that this
works for either a straight-forward battle or a
Mental Power battle is amazing. This card has
versality written all over it because it can be as
big as you want it to and can be useful in multiple
situations. Wind really needed a good Jutsu like
this and if you play Wind, you should consider at
least 2 of these.
Limited:4/5(especially if you get a good deal of
Wind cards)
Constructed: 4/5(its not Giant Vortex, but it'll
probably end up a staple for Wind in the future)

Today's CotD is an interesting one in Beastly Mage's
eyes. It's a must for many a Mental Power deck. Most
Mental decks are composed of a mix of Earth and Wind
cards, meaning this card can fit quite nicely in a
deck like that. Increasing Mental Power can be a
good thing in the case of First Chunin Exam, Ibiki
Morino, or Suzume. If you run a Mental deck with the
right mix, try it and see.
