Silent Killing Jutsu
Woah, that's a lot of chakra. In a common jonin-level
jutsu exchange, victory depends on your amount of
Sharingans/Trigrams/Vortexes; anything that takes up
this much chakra, can't stop a jutsu, and can only
injure ninjas (maybe it should be called Silent
Non-killing, justkindof Hurting Jutsu) just isn't
worth it.

Silent Killing Jutsu
We continue our path week with a card that might see
more play with the 2nd hokage.
The main advantage of this card is that you have the
chance to wipe out an entire team. Almost every
ninja has terrible injured stats. Also it will stop
any non-valid effects.
However it requires ''Jonin'' or higher Rank so it
will be useless to you if you draw it on the first
turn. Also the chakra cost is a joke. 3 water + 1.
My advice if you play a water deck with a couple of
2nd Hokage’s then it might be worth it. But giant
vortex Jutsu is a lot better.
Requirements: Jonin Rank or higher. Target: Every
ninja battling against the user.
Effect: Change the target to Injured Status.

Spring break is finally upon some of us college
folk, so look forward to some nice reviews.
This jutsu is an interesting one and shares the same
hefty cost as Wind Style: Great Breakthrough, which
makes it unique in that regard. This is the Path to
Hokage version of the card, which isn't Zabuza only.
The main issue here is whether or not the cost is
worth what you get. It is definitely an interesting
effect, weakening severely an entire time at once,
ensuring that your team will get an outstanding
victory. This effect would be better if there
weren't Water Prison Jutsu that helps to accomplish
the same task at half the cost and without
requirements. Water Decks already have a lot of
great jutsus available to them, and there isn't much
space, so many decks may take Twin Snake Sacrifice,
Giant Vortex, Water Prison, etc. over this card.
Constructed: 2.5/5: Just too costly for what you
get, would be great if it affected all ninjas like
the Zabuza version does...
Limited: 3/5: Can be nicer as a good combat-swinger
and has Zabuza to work with in PTH, has some
potential here...

Tuesday is the card Silent
Killing Jutsu, a Water Jutsu from Path of Hokage.
Although you need a Jonin, 3 Water Chakra and a
Chakra of your choice, you can change all ninjas
battling against the user to injured status. Silent
Killing Jutsu is a relatively expensive card, but it
can be worth using in a Mono-Water deck and works
espcially well with Zabuza and/or Guillotine Sword,
which kills all injured Ninjas opposing you. It's
not something you'd use in combination with Friday's
card, but you can easily take out teams with this.
It's not the best Water has at Ninja Removal(getting
rid of your opponent's ninja), but this version is
one of the better tools Water has for the job it
does so well.
Limited:3/5(if you can pull enough Jonin to use it)
Constructed:3/5(This card works great to help with
Ninja Removal)

Its good, but it requires Jonin and 4 Chakra. So
that means it's good late game.It doesn't kill as
the name implies, but injuring a whole team is
pretty good. Not much to say, I think water vortex
jutsu is better though.
Constructed: 4.0/5.0 (I think there are better water
jutsu than this.)

Jonin to use it)

Beastly Mage
Silent
Killing Jutsu (j014)
Hello, again. Beastly Mage here with another jutsu
for this week. Today's card is Silent Killing Jutsu
from the first set. Back way then, it was a good
card for Steam Decks (Fire/Water Decks). Nowadays,
it's not that good IMO. Three Water Chakras plus one
more, plus a Jonin Requirement, just to change the
position of a Ninja (Note: it's not really damage,
just a position change). Sorry, guys and gals, this
card is not that good.

Requirements: "Jonin" or higher Rank.

Wow. Just wow. Lets just look at this, shall we?
Its a Water, which is one of the best Elements, next
to Fire.
It injures every Ninja battling against the user.
And thats where I run out of good things to say.
This thing has an excessive Chakra cost. FOUR
Chakra. Thats too many for me, unless its great
Breakthrough, or Giant Vortex.
To add to the fact that its too expensive
(Chakra-wise), its also very specific. Only Jonin
can use it. I would justify using this card if it
discarded the target(s), but then it would be
broken.
Theres a much better alternative to this. That
alternative, is Giant Vortex Jutsu. -_-'
However, this card can be very helpful late-game
when you have alot of cards in your Chakra Area, and
are being looked down at by a team of Zab, Kurenai,
Kakashi. But by then, your opponent will probaly
just Sharingan Eye this, or have a Kabuto out. :/
Constructed: 2/5 [Use the 2nd Hokage with this,
it'll make it alittle bit more reasonable]
Limited: 1.5/5 [Take this out, and use your 3 Giant
Vortex Jutsu's. Yes, and the Bingo Books.]
Art: 1/5 [A fake Kakashi being killed by Zabuza :/]
