Four Black Mists Formation
Well, this card looks very good at first glance. For
only one Water, get rid of massive amounts of
chakra. But then I noticed a couple of things.
For starters, the chakra is moved back to the
original owners hand; if they so chose, they could
play the cards or just recharge the chakra. Getting
to reuse all those cards might actually be more of a
boon to them than to you. Also, I believe that
chakra is used when a jutsu is activated, right? So
that means that they could still use their chakra to
chain jutsus to this one. The only possible use for
this is to use it when your opponent attacks to have
a relatively clear path to their Village, but...
really, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

Four Black
Mists Formation
Here's a card that truly belongs in the Sound Deck.
It brings a bit of chakra control. For every "The
Four Sound Ninja" you have out, you can discard two
chakras from your opponent. For just one Water card,
it's pretty decent. Problem would be in limited,
since the Four are supers in this set, but in a
constructed deck, it would be great.

And for Tuesday, me gots
to review the next J00ts00. Four Black Mists
Formation. For one mere Water Chakra and a Sound
Four Ninja, you can get rid of pretty much all of
your opponent's Chakra! Now this WOULD be a 5/5 if
it weren't for one smaaaallllllllll thing: They go
back to your opponents hand. Now, if I remember
correctly, when you activate a Jutsu, first out of
anything, you pay the cost. That means this won't be
beating much. If you DONT pay the cost first thing
before cutting in is possible, it still won't make
this card that good.
Thanks to the hand part, Four Black Mists Formation
get 1 Black Mist Formation out of 5.
