Alright, now here's a card! For the low cost of one
wind, and no requirements, stop a Trigram, a
Vortex... pretty much any big jutsu. This can let
your wind ninjas (cough cough Baki cough) inflict
damage unimpeded by pesky jutsus, or Shikaku rampage
unafraid of... anything he was afraid of. Let's face
it: most of the important jutsus save Sharingan Eye
fall under this card's jurisdiction, and with a low
cost and no requirements, it's an excellent counter
in anything running wind.

Today's card is one that involves what most people
fear in this game: negation. One Wind Chakra means
this card is cheap to use. Problem is that it can
only negate a Jutsu that has two or more specific
symbols in the cost. That means you can only use it
against the really strong Jutsus, and not against
Puppet Master Jutsu or something like that. I've
seen this card in action, and it works. Trust me.
Oh, and this is the last card I'll review until Nov.
3. I'll be on vacation (and possibly in some release
event later this month).

Worth side decking and
maining. It negates Divination, Giant Vortex...er...Bire
ball jutsu?...that it. If someone is playing
fire/water, or mono water, this is great, cos
basically all water jutsu are specific cost
friendly (Water Vortex, Water Prison, er...Hidden
mist)
A decent card, and
since most jutsu used (according to sannin deck
lists) have 2 or more specific symbols. Not bad.
Not bad.

An interesting wind
jutsu. Yes, it has no specific requirements and
for a measly one wind chakra you can negate the
jutsu. Also, it is discarded instead of being
sent to the chakra area. The downside is that it
has to have two or more specific symbols in its
jutsu cost. That is also an upside, thinking how
much cards they have wasted, at least three of
them. They will also lose chakra. A good card
for wind decks.

Gigantic Fan makes for
some Gigantic Tech. Very nice. It should NEVER, and
I mean NEVER, live in the Deck, this is pure
sideboard material.
Have any of you tried out
Phantom Hourglass yet? I'm still getting the
Aquanine, but I have a full row of Hearts and an
extra! Two more than I should have! Go to the ship
in the corner of the Northwest sea! He'll give you
awesome crap! Email me at destinyhero@verizon.net if
you wanna battle me! Beware! I pwn!
Back to the COTD!
Anyone running a Water Deck will be screwed over by
this. It also crushes Trigrams and Wind Blade. I'm
pretty sure it even takes out Ameterasu and even
Silent Killing Jutsu!
