Blowout

This card can be useful in decks with big Jutsus (by "big" I mean those that require a lot of Chakra). If you discard five or more on a single occasion (like when using a Jutsu that requires X Chakra cost like Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu) you can move two cards in your discard pile to your hand at the end of your turn. Now, strategically speaking: is this a good card? Announcing your next move... I don't see much for this card right now. Unless you manage to play two missions this turn and use the cards reviewed the day before yesterday (Check Book) I see even less.
