Ouch.  One way or another this one is going to hurt.  Yes you need a Hyuga at 4 turn or higher, and yes it's pricey, but the results can be nasty.  Protection from jutsus and either damage or complete attack negation.  The damage is obviously the plus, but the downside isn't so bad.  Too bad Neji or Hinata (the Hyuga's that are regularly seen in Earth decks) can't use this one. 

 

In limited, pulling a Hyuga that can use this and this?  Good luck.
