Today's card is one for the Sound Deck, since the
only requirement for this Jutsu is for the user to
be a Sound Ninja. It allows you to negate and move
to the hand a Jutsu being played. Simple enough.
Then comes the fun part: you can discard up to X
Chakras from your opponen'ts Chakra Area. In this
card, X = the entrance cost of the Ninja using this
Jutsu. So, let's say Orochimaru (a regular turn 6
Orochi) uses this card. You can discard up to six
chakras. Sweet, huh? If you're lucky to draft Sound
Ninjas in limited, this card could see some use. In
constructed, it's that good.

Thursday 8/6 - Stealing Chakra - Water - Jutsu
It's a powercreeped Hidden Mist! Water has been
lacking on the direct negation, so this one is one
to consider. With a bevy of options to use it like
the Sound 4 to the Misumi to Yoroi to Orochimaru,
the requirements shouldn't be a huge deal. Unless,
of course, you plan to curve Anko to Kabuto
[Database] (which isn't a bad play anyway).
It pretty much does the same and then some, adding
some chakra drain equal to the user's entrance cost
to deny using the jutsu again. You'll likely want
this late game anyway, so one of these can drain all
chakra. If you're running a bunch of Sound Ninja and
need negation, Stealing Chakra seems like a good
Water option.
Constructed: 3.5 out of 5.0 (Good negation for
Water.)
Limited: 1.5 out of 5.0 (Seems unnecessary.)

Stealing Chakra
Water is littered with playable Sound ninja that can
be used to fill this card's requirements. Even Manda
can rip this card. Bouncing the card back into your
opponent's hand is kinda lame, but it doesn't matter
at all seeing as this card can easily sap the rest
of your opponent's chakra for free. They pay the
jutsu cost for their card, and you can simply bounce
it back, and eat the rest of their chakra to keep
them from reusing it or anything else. Your
Orochimaru could use this and burn up 6 from your
opponent, on top of what they played for their
jutsu. Wrecked. This is the all-around negation card
Water has been looking for.
