Fast Capture
Today's card is one good Jutsu for Water (as if
Water didn't need any more). Fast Capture allows you
to send one turn 4 (or less) Ninja battling against
one of your Jonin or higher Ninjas to the Chakra
area. Pretty sweet if you ask me, particularly for
one Water and one colorless. Pretty good in limited,
and nice in constructed. Not much more to say,
