Beastly Mage
Sakura
Haruno
Now, this is a cool (valid) effect. Since Deidara's
seeing so much play right now, removing bomb coins
has become somewhat of a priority for some. With
this card you can do just that. The good thing is
that it only takes one Chakra (no color specified).
This is a good sideboard option IMO. Try it and see.

Sakura Haruno
[Cure]
And here is another lackluster Sakura that we all
thought would see play with Deidara running around.
Well, thing is, ninja blade coins still aren’t a
major problem. There isn’t a huge influx of Deidara
nor poison coins, so this Sakura won’t see much play
in any constructed format. Maybe next set when we
get a new Sasori and his jutsu that probably make
poison coins run rampant, this card will be
sideboard material. At the moment though, you are
better off using GP or ADP. Limited she’s not too
bad. 3 support is always useful. Cute picture of
Sakura though.
Limited: 3/5
Constructed: 1.5/5
Art: She’s cute, but still pales in comparison to
the super cuteness that is Hinata from this set.

Sakura Haruno [Cure]
Um, no again. At best, sideboard. Not enough coin
effects are a problem these days. If you want to go
into T3 Sakuras, there are the other two SR versions
that are great tempo options. This one will be at
best sideboard, and only if coin effects somehow
become rampant.
Constructed: 1.2 out of 5.0
Limited: 3.5 out of 5.0 (Tempo her.)

Ah today we do a card I actually think will impact
the format, right on!
Sakura Haruno as a card in this game has changed
almost as much as she has in the show. Only a few
months ago there was A double personality from
Eternal Rivalry (set 6) and not much else, she was
ran everywhere because of how insanly she could set
up curve, and in this game that is everything.
A short 4 months ago however, the Naruto world was
shocked, The Podcast (Zero's podcast on Playtcg.)
revealed a Sakura post time skip, and she was a mere
+0/+1 better than the temari on turn 3! if that
wasn't enough, she could become a 6/1 I remember
just thinking "this will change it all". she was
also revealed to have combat on her T0 state (be it
prince but still) it had seemed Wind had a ninja
that was comparable to Earth's shikamaru (really
well stated for the turn coupled with a great mental
power)
Now, in set 11 format we had a big movement deck
wise as well, people realized that Sasuke Uchiha
Breaking Off the Connection (set 11) could net 4
battle rewards in one turned if coupled with Naruto
Uzumaki Control of Power (set 4) that scared many,
many people off playing any zero combat ninjas on
turn 0, let alone 3.
Set 12 brings us the newest Instalment of Sakura. At
4/3 0/2 with mental 3 there is nothing left to be
desired stat wise for turn 3. Her effect is very
techy verses the majority of this format's heavy
hitters, during the mission phase for 1 chakra
(generic) you can remove a coin from one of your
ninja's. Now Two big names come to mind when talking
about bad coins to have on your ninjas: negation
coins from Neji Sealing the "Anilities" and Bomb
coins from Deidara Plastic Explosives.
Sakura May not make it into many decks, falling to
her SR set 11 counterpart, but she works very well
in sideboard for decks designed to abuse deidara and
neji, give it a shot and you may win a few games.
Constructed: 3 out of 5. Good solid side deck card.
Limited: 4 out of 5. Great stats and anti coin is
cool.
Art: 5 out of 5. I like pink hair.....
Until next time, I am the poo toucher.
That Guy
Sakura Haruno
Hay, it's That Guy again with an interesting but
short tid bit on Sakura Haruno!
Sakura Haruno ( Cure ) is what I like to call side
deck a licious. Now don't get me wrong she is good
enough to play competitively and is much better
strategically than her vanilla and power up
counterpart. It just seems that if your opponent
never plays any type of counter you are wasting
space for maybe earlier sakura's, many of which are
great for their medical effect, mental abilities,
and hand control effects. This Sakura is very useful
against puppet decks for Sakura will remove poison
tokens that stop your every movement, and along with
Gen she can be a great poison counter team. Sakura
also has growth and 3 mental still which is awesome,
and can remove growth tokens from your opponents
ninja with her effect. In short this Sakura is okay
to have in the deck but I'm sure the earlier
versions will suit you better, just make sure she's
in your side deck or "a puppet deck will keep your
hands all tied up". (Hysterical Laughter accompanied
by applause for lame joke!)
Constructed: 3/5
Limited: 4/5 ( In my opinion much more versatile
than other Sakura's)
Art: What does she mean by "let me take care of
him"! And the way she's looking at him, ohh my
goodness Sakura I thought this was a kids show! (JK)

Sakura [Cure]
EVERYONE thought this card would be all over the
place. The bad part is that she eats Chakra. Oh
well. If Druggie Tsunade, Deidara, and/or Neji
[Sealing the Old Ladies] are popular in your area,
this is a solid Side Deck card. Mainly against
Deidara, because she can spoil his whole day,
providing you have limitless Chakra to spare. She's
got some nice stats, too, which helps her out a lot.
3/5
Art: Only good for Sakura fanboys, pretty lame.
Fun Fact: The girls in my cooking class told me Meet
the Spartans was On Demand for free, but it wasn't.
Tomorrow: Guv'na for the turn.
