Beastly Mage
Kiba
Inuzuka
Today's card is a Chunin version of Kiba. When he's
deployed (not "put in play" or "growthed") you can
pick out a Ninja Dog from your Chakra area and put
it in play. So, if you used Akamaru for a hand cost
or something like that and you're in need of one,
you can use Kiba to fetch him out. It's pretty good
for Fire decks, particularly for Ninja Dog decks.
He's also got good stats, particularly for a Chunin.
Try it and see.

Kiba [Animal Instinct]
This is the new Shippuden Kiba. Sadly, he just has
generic Chunin stats, though they're still decent.
His effect is for Animal decks, though it's bad in
two ways. First off, he has to pull it out of your
Chakra area. That means you lose a chakra, and Kiba
can't revive a DEAD PUPPY, MUAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!
So anyway, the other reason why his effect could've
been better is because the best Kiba for Puppy Mill
is, without a doubt, [Man Beast Clone]. In Puppy
Beatdown, it's the same thing, since MBC gets
Akamaru [Reliable Partner] for some great stats.
Kiba has a bad case of Kakashi Syndrome (yeah, I
guess that's what we call it now). He'd have been
much better if he could be effectively played
alongside a little Kiba.
2.5/5
Art: Awful. Just awful.
Tomorrow: Well, at least she can't get any uglier.
Fun Fact: That's what she said.
