Temari
[Rush] is a good name for this effect. If you're
running a Sand deck, she could just come out at turn
2, which is great for a Jonin. Also, no hand cost
helps. She's got good stats, even though her
effect's a bit situational. Still, could be good for
a Sand deck. Try it and see!

N-679 Temari [Rush]
Hello again, we're back to a letdown week, seeing
as we already did our preview and the best card of
the week. Hi, I'm N. Jolly letting you know that
MST3K is always cool, no matter what people say.
Today's card is a new Temari, and just like with
Sasuke, it has the issue of having a way better
early game version. But with Sasuke, at least they
had the decency to give him growth, unlike Temari.
Let's check out her stats, shall we:
T3 HC0 Wind
Sand/Female/Jonin/Mental Power: 2
4/3 1/1 CA: Weapon
Rarity: Common
While I like this card's power and rank at T3,
that's all I like. Being female is nice, as is
mental power: 2, but it doesn't really make it worth
running. Being a common is nice, but without Growth,
it's not going to see play over Wind Scythe. Even
without Wind Scythe, this isn't really worth it
besides it's rank. Let's check out her effect to see
if it holds up:
[Rush]
While this Ninja card is in your hand, if you
have 2 or more "Sand" Ninja in play, this Ninja gets
-1 Entrance cost.
While getting out a Jonin on T2 is nice, you have
to hit both Matsuri and the other sand chick (or
Childhood Sasori, who I've hear'd is pretty good,
maybe kid Gaara, but you're not running him, so it's
not an issue) as your T0 and T1 to get this effect.
That's not a good effect, not a good effect at all.
So now you've got a ninja with a sub par effect who
has a way better early turn equivalent, so really,
she's not seeing play.
Construct'd: 1/5 Not play'd, not play'd at all...
Limit'd: 3/5 A Jonin is nice here, especially this
early
Art('d): Temari is just awesome, glad to see her in
that awesome black outfit. But for the sake of my
Redhead>Blonde argument, this still gets a -1 to
what it could have...sad day, Temari. Sad day.../5

Name: Mayur V.
Card: Temari
Review:
Hey guys, this time we are reviewing the new turn 3
Temari from Foretold Prophecy. Now this card is
pretty interesting. A turn 3 4/3 , 1/1 ninja is
pretty good. She also has two mental power, and
Jonin. What makes this card interesting is its
effect.
If you can drop a sand ninja on turns 0 and 1, you
will be able to drop a Jonin ninja on turn 2. This
may sound really good, but the problem is that her
effect will only go off in a wind deck, which
doesn't really have strong jonin requiring jutsus
(Knockout blow and Great Wind Breakthrough being two
of the best ones). For that reason, her having Jonin
isn't really all that great. All in all, its ok, but
will definitely not see use over wind scythe in most
decks.
Constructed: 1/5 <--- Competition from Temari WS
(probably the biggest staple in the game) makes this
card useless IMO.
Limited: 2.5/5 <---- She is a turn 3 ninja with
jonin, even though her effect will almost definitely
not go off. Still, having a vanilla jonin on turn 3
is pretty good here.
