The Uchiha Clan's Ninja Cats come in a Mission form
right now. This mission allows you to discard one
Ninja card from your hand to move a Ninja card in
your discard pile to your hand. This is good if you
want to exchange a weak Ninja for something a bit
stronger. Since it's Fire it's good for Dog Rush
decks as well as Genjutsu decks that rely on Itachi
or Kakashi. Pretty balanced, I say. Try it and see!
If this effect was on a ninja, it would definitely
see play, but on a mission with a Hand Cost, you
have to give up 3 cards from your hand to get one
Ninja card from your discard to your hand. There is
a much better alternative to this card, which is
Search for a Member M-524 from Set 15. That said,
there are some combos involving getting certain
Ninjas into the Discard, and this card could be
effective for that. Only time will tell if this card
has an impact, but I don't think so.
Constructed - 1/5
(There are 50 cards you should have in mind before
this for any Unlimited deck)
Limited - 2/5
(Pay 3 cards to bounce your Bomb back to your hand,
but outside of that, nothing much)
Block - 1.5/5
(In any deck that you would play this, your hand
probably won't be big enough to afford it)

This card has a unique effect of pulling yourself
the card you need in any certain situation though
the question better asked is "will this card benefit
me more than it will hurt me?" and thought
about....it wont.
"Effect: Discard a Ninja card from your hand. In
that case, move a Ninja card from your Discard pile
to your hand."
It's a Turn 2, so it can be played early, but let's
look at the cost. Charge one Fire to play it and
discard a Ninja to get another Ninja back. The
user basically paid 2 cards to recover 1. Granted
that the user didn't really lose cards due to them
going to the Chakra Pile. This wouldn't be much of
a problem in the early game but it's not safe to
assume that we will have this card in the early game
all the time. "What if I pull this card in the later
game?" That's where this card is heavy. We have
Tragic Destiny for general usage and we have
Surprise Help for Ninja Dog Decks that carry the
same effect(in terms of discard recovery) if not
better. Invest in Tragic Destiny... It's just
better over all.
Block: 1/5
It's a heavy cost in late game. It's not so bad in
early game but it's not likely to have a ninja
discarded right off the bat, much less a game
changing ninja.
