This Ninja is great for Water decks. By removing two Water cards from your Discard Pile, you can do any of three types of pump up:

*+2/-2
*-2/+2
+2 Mental Power

This effect is activated during the Exchange of Jutsu. The pump-up lasts until the end of the turn. Another great thing about this Ninja is that any Jutsu she uses can't be negated. In Limited, she could be useful. But, in Constructed, she's even better. Try it and see!
