Beastly Mage
Lightning Blade
Today's card is the Jutsu Promo Tin version of
Lightning Blade. This version of Lightning Blade has
two effects, but with a different cost, and the same
User Requirement. Only Kakashi can use this one (no
surprise there). It costs only one Fire and two
Colorless. The effects are pretty sweet, and you can
pick one. First effect gives Kakashi +5/+5 and
protection from your opponent's effects. During the
EoJ this can be pretty good. The second effect is
good also: you can move one Ninja battling Kakashi
to the bottom of the deck. Pretty simple, but quite
effective.

Sasuke's
Chidori
Lightning Blade
Sorry for my recent absence Pojo faithful. I am
currently in LA and will not be back to the ATL
until later on next week. Wanted to leave you with
my thoughts on one of my favorites for our promo run
we are doing. So my 4th of July gift to you early is
this review on, Lightning Blade.
So, let's get busy shall we. Today we are reviewing
Kakashi's staple jutsu, Lightning Blade(Raikiri).
This card came out in the Unbound Tower Tins and of
the three promos is my personal favorite. Now let us
look at what this jutsu can do.
Lightning Blade is a fire jutsu with a cost of 1
Fire and 2 Colorless. Same cost of Broken Promise
Chidori. Unlike Chidori, Sasuke can not use
Lightning Blade. This is a Kakashi only jutsu. Now
the part of this card I find interesting. It has 2
targets and 2 effects.
Target: (1) User
(2) 1 Ninja Battling Against the User
Effect: Select one of the following and apply it.
Target (1) gets +5/+5 during this turn.
Additionally, the target can not be affected by your
opponent's effects during this turn.
Move Target (2) to the bottom of the original
owner's deck.
WOW, both are really good. Either Kakashi gets +5/+5
and is untouchable or you bounce someone. Both have
great usage. I don't know what else to say other
than use this jutsu. I run it in a dedicated Kakashi
deck and even in just a mono-fire deck. It is great.
That's it for me Pojo, see you in a few weeks.
