Beastly Mage
Temari & Gaara of the Desert
This is one cool Squad Card. When they're sent out
to attack your opponent discards every card in the
hand, and then draws the same amount of cards minus
one. This is good if you want to Mill your opponents
deck a bit. This card also has a Valid effect that
gives your opponent's Ninjas that do not have Surge
-2 Entrance Cost. If you have seen the strategy that
comes with those decks, you know that entrance costs
change on the field. This is a good card for that
deck. Try it and see!

10/1/10 N-948 Temari & Gaara of the Desert [Dust
Tornado]

I have no idea where to start with this card.... the
combos for it have no potential. Yamato [CBF]
bothering you? His effect now only hits 2 drops.
Sasuke [Freezong Eyes] now can nuke your opponent's
field while only barely scathing yours' Sasuke
[Finishing Blow] is similar, now hitting ninjas up
to turn 5. While we are still talking about Sasuke,
let's not forget Chidori Stream from Broken
Promises. It can disrupt jutsus that have a certain
entrance cost as well, such as Rasenshuriken and BP
Chidori Stream. You will wipe-out your opponent's
whole village even better with this. To get the
squad in-play, you'll need Temari and Gaara which is
not too hard to do in Wind, and possibly splashable
in other decks with Teamri [Gale Warning]. Gaara is
harder to splash, but not impossible. A very tech
card to say the least.
Limited: 2/5 Technically playable
Unlimited: 4.25/5
Block: 4/5 Fewer shenanigans than in unlimited.
