J-640 Fear By Genjutsu
==================
Fear by Genjutsu - the #3 card on the list and the
best jutsu of 2010. FbG is a simple, yet powerful
jutsu that is playable in any deck. For three
colorless chakra, you make the team battling against
the user Stand-by Ninjas. This can help you in the
chain when your opponent starts out with a Jutsu or
it can help you win quick Battle Rewards. As an
added bonus, you damage every one on the opposing
team if the user has "Genjutsu" as their combat
attribute. This makes it a must have in Fire decks
and an obvious choice in Genjutsu, but it is still
playable in any deck. On top of it all, this card
has no requirements which makes it even more
splashable and potentially devastating early game. A
very useful Jutsu card all-around.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we step into... our top 3.
Being part of the top 3 says a lot about the card
and doesn't need explanation and that best describes
Fear By Genjutsu. It's simple... It's a free
battle reward magnet. At the payment of 3
chakra, which ever you want, turn the opposing team
into stand by ninjas. No requirements, No
strings attached, big results.... amazing.
What more can be said? This card is the
winning condition to most and with reason.
Since it has no requirement, mastery on a ninja
abuses the mechanic to win battle rewards over and
over. It's a jutsu so it's easily recovered
once used.
It's another staple in comparison to Tobi [man of
mystery] but due to its limitation to one it's not
an issue anymore. Still, the impact this card
has created will forever leave a mark.
