Suigetsu Hozuki
Today's Suigetsu is a turn 0 version. He also has a
pumping effect, but not as good as yesterday's. He
gets +1/+1 too, but only when you have two or more
Water Chakra. So, no matter how much Chakra you
have, he only gets +1/+1. On the upside, there is no
exception on him battling in a team. Still, the
Akatsuki version could be better.
